“Exceeds expectation! This place was so great to call home for 3 months. Every amenity you can think of. Clean and accommodating. Staff is amazing to work with. Even went direct to my site and let my dog out when dog walker didn’t show up. Pool and splash park very clean. Sauna and hot tub as well. Cafe on site was clean and delicious. On site mechanics are certified and unbelievably fast to help with any concern. Just a hop on the bus in the park to metro to DC or a short drive. Just down the road both ways are grocery stores, hardware stores and just about anything else you could need. Love this place.”

“I like the old 70s hotel feel of the place. It was clean and felt safe and the morning breakfast was a bonus. The diner next door is open 24 hours so there's food in walking distance - think Waffle House for menu variety. I would stay here again. Minus one star due to no on site laundry.”

“The Hotel at The University of Maryland was beautiful and made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities are top-notch, the decor is very modern and comfortable, and the atmosphere and aesthetic exuded class. My one gripe is that the regular rooms do not include a microwave for heating up food late at night, as the public microwave provided in the gift shop is no longer available when they close.”
