Not knowing about the Covid circumstances, ( my fault) I wasn’t able to personally go in the store to pick my choices. I sat in the parking lot and called the store only to talk to a wonderful person who helped me and chose crystals for me. It was easy, fast, but most of all I just loved who helped me and want to say Thank you so much?❤️?. Can’t wait to come back to Smile Herb Shop again.”

Called a bunch of stores looking for a red IPhone 8 - the other stores were a joke(just about everyone in DC area) I was told they either didn’t carry the phone or didn’t bother to check inventory. My guy Terrance was not only courteous over the phone , he took the time to check his inventory and offer to order it for me since he didn’t have it in stock. Make a long story short - I went in the store and witnessed the best customer service in quite some time. Everyone I like will be referred over to these guys ????????????????
