I really felt like they bent over backwards to get me the best deal and find the best car for my budget. Tom was also very hands on. For the owner he was approachable and kind, it surprised me how much time he spent with the customers. Once my car was selected everyone again spent time with me showing me all the features and ins and outs of the model. It was the first time I’ve ever bought a new car and I could not be happier. Cynthia kept me informed on what was going on and when I was picking out my car she explained what the cars were like, and she did not push in anyway. Lauren was great at explaining my financial options. Jeremiah was nice and worked very hard with I assume with Lauren. Looking for finance for me was difficult problem in itself.
