“As much as I'm a fan of the food served, the mannerisms in which it's served leaves a lot to be desired at the window. My recent visits were at slack times with no other customers in the store or at the window, and when my food was delivered, both times it was shoved at me, with no comment or smile. I always tell window workers thank you and have a good night, irregardless.”

“Service at this Applebee's is usually good. Sometimes food takes a while to come out but last night, although they were very busy, the place was clicking on all cylinders. Our server Hannah was awesome. The appetizers came quickly and before our meal which also followed close behind. Would get 5 stars if this was my routine experience.”
