She made sure I got exactly what I really wanted, AND helped me understand what I needed to get the most satisfaction out of my new mattress and make it last, pets and all. And the delivery service was everything she promised - got a call the night before to confirm the 2-hr delivery window, and a call when they were 20 minutes out. They arrived on the dot - only 30 minutes into the 2-hr window, and were very professional, courteous, careful of my property, and efficient. And the best part - I had the best night's sleep I've had in FOREVER!!! I'm highly satisfied and could not recommend a better experience. Do your back and your health a BIG favor - go see Angel at Mattress Firm in Lexington Park, in the Kohl's Shopping Center. You will not regret it. “I visit this Lowe's almost as frequently as the grocery store. Always greeted when entering the store and have never had issues finding help. I consider myself well versed in most home improvement tasks so don't know the level of expertise around the departments. However, when rebuilding my fireplace/mantle I did have technical questions involving painting masonry and Robert from the paint department nailed the answer and was very knowledgeable. Have never found an empty shelf(other then sales items) and always fast checkouts and quick service.”

“I had a most surprising and gratifying experience with store manager Howard yesterday. I had purchased a somewhat expensive health item from this store last March in 2018 which stopped functioning, and I no longer had a receipt from the purchase, but I did find a Mastercard receipt reflecting the purchase. Hoping the store might be able to use the Mastercard info to locate proof of purchase from last March, I went to the store and talked to Howard to ask if it would be possible for them to retrieve information to prove my purchase. (I did not expect him to be able to find that old information, but I thought it was worth asking anyway.) Not only did he retrieve the proof of purchase but he then offered to take back the defective item and replace it with an improved product made by the same manufacturer! What a dynamic gesture by a store manager to serve a customer in such a way as was not required of him and beyond any expectation that I would ever have had! I had just hoped that having the proof of purchase would give me leverage in negotiating with the manufacturer! Thank you, Howard! You are one in a million!”
