She made sure I got exactly what I really wanted, AND helped me understand what I needed to get the most satisfaction out of my new mattress and make it last, pets and all. And the delivery service was everything she promised - got a call the night before to confirm the 2-hr delivery window, and a call when they were 20 minutes out. They arrived on the dot - only 30 minutes into the 2-hr window, and were very professional, courteous, careful of my property, and efficient. And the best part - I had the best night's sleep I've had in FOREVER!!! I'm highly satisfied and could not recommend a better experience. “I visit this Lowe's almost as frequently as the grocery store. Always greeted when entering the store and have never had issues finding help. I consider myself well versed in most home improvement tasks so don't know the level of expertise around the departments. However, when rebuilding my fireplace/mantle I did have technical questions involving painting masonry and Robert from the paint department nailed the answer and was very knowledgeable. Have never found an empty shelf(other then sales items) and always fast checkouts and quick service.”
