“Chris has been an outstanding professional. Sixteen years ago an error in the design of our cabinet doors was made, in part due to the manufacturing company and miscommunication. He made us 100% whole on the transaction with the correct door design and we were able to keep the wrong styled cabinet doors as well...some of which we eventually used elsewhere in our kitchen. Now, for the second time in 2 years one of our hinges has gone bad (not the same one) and Chris was right on the spot at our home last week changing the hinges personally. In addition, we now have 6 new sets of hinges in case we need more in the future. As you may imagine, the manufacturing company stopped making the original hinges but we are covered for the future..”
