“Staff was great, when we checked in, thank you so much ladies you made our stay wonderful. Room was very clean, along with the spacious size of the room we had. Breakfast area was clean and the food was very tasty. This breakfast bar had so many different choices of items to enjoy. Want to thank all the staff for what they do, and made this weekend stay enjoyable. This was our first time staying at Springhill suites in Hagerstown Maryland. We will be back in the future.”

“This is my third visit here. I'm in the area for work for a few days at a time and this is the hotel my company chose for me. The rooms are nice and the free breakfast (located in the adjacent restaurant) is maybe a bit limited but it is free, so I can't complain too much :) I find the beds very comfortable and while there are not exactly scenic views, it's close to a LOT of shopping and dining options. The staff is very friendly and while I don't take much advantage of housekeeping, they do a nice job. Since I'm here for approximately a week at a time, I'd much prefer a bigger and updated fridge--maybe one that's not in the bathroom, and doesn't tend to freeze my complimentary water bottles into slush if I'm not careful to check its temp).”

“I was booked here for 2 weeks by my new job. Breakfast was prepared every morning, and there's even a pool and hot tub. Very easy to find on and off the highways. The staff is extremely helpful and answers any questions, or deals with any problems that might arise. Bonus... There are plenty of great options to eat all within walking distance.”
