To the person who wrote the previous nasty review: It clearly states on the post office website that the last collection of outgoing mail ends at 4:30pm MST. You claim to have worked in customer service before, so you should know all about annoying and entitled customers. Claiming that you are a "paying customer" and an "American citizen" is beyond rude, entitled, and disgusting, it has nothing to do with the level of customer service you should receive. Sit down Karen and quit throwing a temper tantrum. You are clearly the person in the wrong here. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, efficient, caring young man to try to repair the unit to no avail. “This location and the pharmacist are so nice. I went to CVS in Lewes De , they didn’t have my medication and said they couldn’t order it. When I got home I called to see why and the woman wouldn’t tell me why they couldn’t order it, she just kept saying we can’t , do I asked for the pharmacist and she hung up on me. I called back two times and hung up on me. I called the corporate number and filed a complaint, I’m so mad”

We didn't know anything about capes but he patiently asked us questions to determine what our needs were, then instead of pushing a sale, he said that if we were to wait the best one for us would be coming in a few days.
