“This hotel is by far the cleanest place I’ve been to unlike other hotels I’ve gone to. The staff is amazing, very nice and friendly. They make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. Had a great view of the pool, have plenty of parking, and the restaurant blew the hotel is amazing as well. They’re food is great! No complaints. My husband and I are definitely coming back to Park Place Hotel next year with our son. It’s great knowing where to go next time without having to stress about where to go. Had a great time and recommend to anyone with kids to come here!”

“The room was clean and the setup in our room was practical. It's not incredibly large but roomy enough for two peoe. I loved the little kitchenette, it's the perfect size. This place is setback from the boardwalk so everything is real close. Public transit is a block away. I can't remember the name of the restaurant at the bottom... Maybe Maggie's?... But the food there is great and reasonably priced. Looking forward to staying at this place next year when we go.”

“We have been staying at the Sahara every year for the past 4 years. Staff is very friendly, great location. Rooms are dated (who cares) but clean. Accurate pictures are their website. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast at the cafe is really good. Looking forward to next year's stay!”

“Nice people on the premise. This was mostly for the budget as we decided to go to the beach at the last minute. Cute little motel, 50s style, right on the boardwalk with an outdoor rinse-off shower and a public bathroom. We had the sea view room with view of the pool. Also right across Fish Tales restaurant and Mini Golf Course - all within very short walking distance. This is nothing fancy, but very cosy and does the job for a nice vacation. The bed was clean and comfortable, nice little TV with plenty of channels, great bathroom. Comfortable eating corner with a table and 2 chairs. Microwave and nice size mini fridge.The room smelled a little stale, but wasn't that big of a deal after aerating it by leaving the door open for a little bit. We had a great time and plan on coming back next year (Ocean View next time!!)”

“Went in 2019 Great Room for the price. Nicer than pictures. Friendly staff . Right on the board walk which was a plus. Would give a 5 star how ever there were kids running and screaming outside our room waking us up multiple times throughout the last night we stayed. Needless to stay I was tired and cranky the next day but other than that we would def stay again.”

“The Ocean Front Jacuzzi room was nice. The view was wonderful! The beds and the bed linens were very comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was awesome. The only little complaint was the bathroom. It had hair around the toilet and in the bathtub. The walls in the bathroom were a little dirty as well. Tom at the front desk was great! Overall it was a good stay.”

“Wonderful beach side suite hotel. Right on the beach as advertised. 12 floors, some rooms offer ocean views and balconies. Balcony large enough for 4 seat table and room to move. Full kitchen, full refrigerator, electric oven/stove, dishwasher. Spacious bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower. Welcoming sitting room, with couch, 4 seat table, TV. Friendly front desk staff. Free parking.”

“First and foremost, our room was very clean. We stayed in 103, near the pool. This is not a fancy hotel. It's a budget friendly motel. Keep that in mind and you shouldn't be dissapointed. It's very close to major restaurant's and a few blocks from the boardwalk. We would stay here again for a quick weekend.”

“I was very pleased with our stay at Dunes Court. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and didn’t have any weird smells. Everything worked properly in the room and everything was well stocked at check in. Anything we needed throughout our stay was delivered within minutes to our room. The grounds were beautiful and clean. My kids and I enjoyed the pool after a day of playing in the ocean. Night time was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely book here again.”

“It is pretty simple accommodations, but clean, ac worked great. View of beach, maid staff very friendly although speaking little English. Two young men at front desk so very helpful and cheerful. Made our stay much better. Arrived 2:30 a.m. and they waited for us and told us where to park for the night. On Monday leaving wanted to stay on beach some and not find a new parking spot, so asked to stay at hotel if there were extra openings, they said no problem. Made a huge difference for us and there was a changing room with shower to clean up for ride home. Would stay again for price, had view of beach only 1/2 block away. Very clean”

“My husband called our two night stay there a 'couples retreat'. You could watch the sunrise while lying in bed or from anyplace in the room. The balcony was a reasonable size and the bathroom was very clean and the sink was separate. Cleaning service was fine. They had styrofoam coffee cups and no tea bags. We would have preferred regular cups and a couple of teabags, I think we could have called the front desk and they would have provided both because they were very helpful. There was an afternoon tea from 3 to 4 with tea only and sweets. We will be back. Oh and the breakfast was included in our rate and very good, the sausages and bacon were perfectly cooked and there was absolutely minimal fat. There was also fresh fruit and yogurt and oatmeal and juice and beverage. and the staff was very helpful. The location was at the end of the Boardwalk so that was perfect as well.”
