Their prices are very reasonable and they are very easy to work with. I had a top soil service done on my lawn and i was not happy with the work. I reached out to Nexgreen and Eli (the owner) called me because I wasn't happy and he wanted to make sure that i was happy with my service. Eli even went as far as to come out to my house so he could see the work for himself and talk to me about my concerns. He told me that he would come back out and redo the treatment at no additional cost. When the service was redone it turned out great. When i called Eli to let him know how happy i was with the work and that i appreciated him coming back out and making things right and not charging me one cent more for the additional man-hours and supplies he Responded with "it is not about the money. it is about making you happy and satisfied". The young man who installed my tile was detailed & meticulous, & I so appreciated his care to detail. Henry had said they would take 10 business days from start to finish, and they were done in 8! My kitchen was old, poorly laid out, and, frankly, not fun to cook in. I am absolutely DELIGHTED at how it looks now, and it's so much more efficient. Thank you, Henry and team! “I called MTB after noticing an issue with bugs after some new neighbors moved into the building. I purposely chose this business because it's local and black owned. I immediately received a response from Mr. Milton Brown III. He came the following day and listened to all of my concerns. He addressed the problem areas, as well as the rest of the condo. The products used were pet friendly which was essential for me. The animals experienced no issues following the extermination. The products used left no residual odors. He even gave me product advice on dealing with drain flies. MTB is always accessible and they communicate well. He's never been late for appointments and if there's an issue, he keeps me in the loop. With his assistance, the issue is under control. I'm extremely happy with my services.”
