Was able to get us a quote fast for the roofing repair and siding replacement and schedule the work just as fast. Everything was done in no time and even when there was a hiccup due to the pandemic, Pedro Roxanna made sure to keep me up to date. We give Patrick and Ed the highest marks for the work they did on our house after a tree crashed in the roof damaging joists, rafters, and creating stress cracks through the house. Ed helped us through the whole process from start to finish even finding hidden damage the insurance adjuster hadn't noticed. Ed was: *always wearing his mask and insisting his crew were as well *Answered all calls promptly *had a great crew working for him both outside and in ( we also highly recommend his -interior painter . “Trinity got everything done ahead of schedule and our new roof looks fantastic. They even sent me drone footage of the roof being installed. Before installation, they took time to answer questions and even provide samples of the shingles. They took time and care to protect furniture and plants from roof debris and did a thorough job of cleaning up the site. We also had to have our chimney replaced shortly afterward and they quickly sent someone out to patch things up afterward. My only criticism was that we weren’t notified of when the roofing materials would be delivered and I had to check in to see what day the roof installation was being done. However they quickly got back to me and the work was done ahead of schedule so it was a non-issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for work done and would hire them again. Very courteous and professional!”
