Top Museums in Berkshire county, Massachusetts, United states

Berkshire Museum

Address: 39 South St, Pittsfield, MA 01201, USA

Museum

“Nice local museum with a good variety of exhibits. The aquarium in particular is very nice for a museum of this size. It's fairly small and mostly geared to kids, but it's good enough to keep the adults entertained as well. The $15/adult price is a bit high if you are visiting without kids, as you can get through the whole thing in about an hour. But if the price doesn't bother you it's well worth the visit.”

Berkshire Art Museum

Address: 159 E Main St, North Adams, MA 01247, USA

Museum

“Nice funky modern art museum in a church. Mostly focuses on the art of the man who bought the church but other interesting exhibits as well. Small, takes maybe an hour or so to go through.”

Williams College Museum of Art

Address: 15 Lawrence Hall Dr, Williamstown, MA 01267, USA

Museum

“Enlarged since my previous visit, has an excellent collection and interesting temporary exhibits. The collection is the kind a college museum can accumulate with a couple of centuries of rich, tasteful alumni donating art. First rate themed temporary exhibits.”
