“Great little park. We played after visiting the zoo. My kids loved it. It wasn't too big. I could keep an eye on my kids at all times. There was something for kids of all ages.”

“Google Maps has the wrong address. The Leach Sanctuary is at 19 Woodland Lane, not 19 Woodland Street. It can also be reached by going to the end of Fisher Avenue.”

“We enjoyed our 1 week stay here. The campground is huge with lots to offer. You can read the list of amenities- plenty to keep everyone entertained. The staff was kind. The grounds were well kept. The dog park is the largest we have ever seen at a campground-so nice. We did not have sewage hookup since none were available when we arrived so we did use the bath houses. Some were cleaner than others so we just made the drive to the better bath house. Internet service in the area was okay. We would definitely stay here again...we plan to.”

“Didn't realize what wonderful sanctuary and resource was right in my own town. Attended a birthday party there and my 8yr old had the best time ever. Nature hikes, walking trails, bird watching, nature center, nice little gift shop with VERY reasonably prices and great employees. I was very impressed. Going to sign up for one of the kids camps they do over school and summer vacations. Need donations.”

“A great park and zoo for young ones. Park has both baby and regular swings. It is wood chip ground cover and several slides of varying sizes and shapes. The zoo is small but manageable for toddlers. The zoo area has a small splash park, picnic area with snack bar and mini rides (bring quarters).”
