herb rosen you got us good, you caused unrepairable damage ,huge financial loss ,broke the family apart , you lied to us ,told us trusties have power to stop a sale of a property ,they don"t ,beneficiaries do ,then we have a property that you said you did a title search on wich we have a canceled check for ,come to find out half the property is a trust and part of it is in my grandfathers name obvious you never paid any title search company, you were suppose to make me the the trustee of a property, wich i thought i ,was,,come to find out ,i was'n,t,wich and became a costly problem. we trusted you rosen , was it deliberate, or we were scammed ,you preyed on us , my mother paid him close to 9000, he met her at heights crossing and i wish he never did. he never offered to fix the problems he created, now the family is totally devastated .
