“Russ was responsive to our call for assistance and arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We have an old house with 8 people and 4 are over 90. The lesson learned was that flushable wipes are not flushable. Russ made certain that everything worked perfectly before leaving. He is highly skilled, courteous and was thorough in making certain that all systems were properly functioning before leaving. We strongly suggest using Russ for any drain issues. Without doubt we will call him again if we have a need for his services.”
