Called Russ to inspect slow-moving main drain in a commercial building, after a camera inspection he determined the cause to be a broken pipe and root intrusion. I was able to watch live on the camera screen with him and he saved the video so that I could have it for future reference. He proposed a no-dig repair solution which was ideal based upon the location of the break. He was on time, went over the whole process in a clear and concise manner, and performed the work professionally. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend his services to others. Both Russ and his employee Brian are pros.

Russ was responsive to our call for assistance and arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We have an old house with 8 people and 4 are over 90. The lesson learned was that flushable wipes are not flushable. Russ made certain that everything worked perfectly before leaving. He is highly skilled, courteous and was thorough in making certain that all systems were properly functioning before leaving. We strongly suggest using Russ for any drain issues. Without doubt we will call him again if we have a need for his services.
