(May 13, 2019, 10:43 am)I went in for an oil change, but Kevin and his team always do a thorough inspection. Kevin is reasonable and practical when suggesting repairs that may need to be scheduled. He is very accommodating about scheduling appointments, with convenient shuttle service or drop-off options.

They provide text/email notifications, and full front to back/top to bottom "check-ups" of your car.truck with every visit - including PDFs with photos and color-coded breakdowns of maintenance needs.

(January 11, 2019, 4:39 pm)An absolutely joy to work with! Not only was the service fast and done properly, the staff and honest, helpful and friendly. I’ve never seen this level of transparency with a mechanic before. They give you a full report deatailing everything your car may need and walk you through it even for something as simple as an oil change. They’re extremely thorough and reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough!

They took my concerns seriously, were thorough with their inspection of my car, and were honest about the repairs that needed to be done immediately vs. which ones could wait. I received a full vehicle report with a detailed description of the repair that was done, including photos of my old and new parts. Very timely service and friendly people. These guys clearly value and respect their customers. I highly recommend this shop!
