With his tail wagging, he literally pulls me into the building where he is always happily greeted. The staff certainly do a wonderful job making your pet (and you!) feel welcome. Dr. Richardson is an absolute joy to work with; she is warm, caring and thorough. As a new dog owner, I continue to have a lot of questions and Dr. Richardson is more than happy and patient to take the time to explain things in a clear and concise manner. She ensures pet owners have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions. The entire staff is accommodating and caring. When my dog was sick, not only were they quick to get him in, but they followed up with a phone call later in the day to check on him. It was beyond what I expected and so appreciated! We have worked with the other doctors in the practice, all of whom were just as kind, diligent and professional as Dr. Richardson.
