(April 22, 2019, 11:25 am)I recieved multiple quotes to replace my current heating system with a combi tankless. After meeting Shawn, I felt that he was the most capable person for the job. Shawn was professional and completed the work to my satisfaction. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. I had a separate plumbing issue arise and he came quickly and resolved it. I highly recommend Shawn for all your plumbing needs.
(April 10, 2019, 4:49 pm)Shawn's done a fair bit of work for us over the years: disposal installation, faucet replacement, installed a new hot-water heater (and removed the old one), dishwasher install. He's always concerned about doing things the right way, thinks about the long-term, and is super responsive. Top notch workmanship and always helpful. Highly recommended!
(March 20, 2019, 12:35 pm)I called multiple plumbers for a small job in North Andover (kitchen valve replacement). Shawn got right back to me, got my condo association the insurance info they needed to approve the work, and made time the very next day to get the work done. He was friendly and efficient and the final price was 20% lower than his initial estimate. I highly recommend Shawn’s Plumbing!
(January 14, 2019, 2:18 pm)Shawn did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and offers very fair prices. He diagnosed and explained the issue the same day that I called, he then provided several solutions and recommended the best course of action. He fixed the issue quickly and seamlessly.
This is the second time he has helped resolve a plumbing issue and our family feels very fortunate to have found a dependable, trustworthy plumber in our neighborhood! We will definitely call Shawn for any future plumbing projects.

He is well versed in his trade, his ability to diagnose my the issues with my furnace quickly and efficiently and then provide repairs with quality parts was greatly appreciated. Would recommend him to all.
