The team that did the work, Jared and Mack, were quick, responsive, thorough and worked well together. They were great at answering all of our questions. Very professional and were very good about wearing masks while doing work inside the house. I appreciate that I didn't once have to remind them to do that. It was an all day job, and even though they had to send out to get additional parts, they had it all under control. They even fixed some issues that our previous plumber had left behind. “Hoffman & Kelley Plumbing & Heating did an excellent and fast job updating my sewage and water supply line. They coordinated extremely well with my town to obtain a new water meter and with my excavator who was digging out my exterior sewer line and replacing existing water line. They were professional and prompt with all correspondence and provided good transparency regarding the final bill. This job also required care with jackhammering out an old water meter from its improper cement encasement, and necessitated care not to disturb a nearby basement drainage system. I greatly appreciate that we were only without sewage and water for a few hours. I would not hesitate to work with them again.”
