“It's always a pleasant experience at the Market Basket at Towne Plaza in Billerica, MA. A few highlights: - Convenient location (no crazy traffic to deal with, like the Burlington Mall). - Great hours. - Exterior Redbox. - Ample amount of check-out lanes open (even during non-peak times). - Extremely friendly staff (its always good to see the young associates take their work seriously). - Always stocked shelves (thanks to the good associates) - A variety of international meals and ingredients. - A good selection of seafood, meats, and fresh vegetables. - The milk section is always stocked and there is a great variety (including non-dairy items). - A great deli and catered food service (including desert). - And as always they keep their prices as low as possible (I have compared to Wegmans which is about 10 ~ 20% higher on average). Kudos to this MB team. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this store for your grocery needs.”

“Upon arriving late for my 9 am appointment at the Billerica store, I was assured by Patrick that all was okay and we talked about the work to be done. While in the waiting room I heard how Patrick handled telephone inquiries and was impressed with his friendly business manner. When asked about a particular tire and brand Patrick gave the caller unbiased information without any hard sell or push for a higher priced model or brand tire. He cemented my belief in Sullivan Tire as being professional, honest and there for the customer. That's why I am a four-time buyer of a set of tires for my cars.”

“We adore Ellen’s School of Dance! I went to Ellen’s when i was a child and I think it’s awesome they are still such a reputable school. The staff are all wonderful with the kids and knowledgeable about dance. I’ve loved seeing how the students all play such a big roll in the school, from helping in the productions to helping the littlest dancers, each student has a place and you can see how happy they are. Ellen’s means so much more to our family than just dance. It’s a place where our daughter will make lasting friendships, gain so much self confidence and learn the value in hard work. Can’t say enough about Ellen’s!”

“Yesterday I was having a terrible morning. My car wouldn't start, waited 5 hours for AAA. They changed my battery which was great. Then I packed up my toddler & 110lb dog up to take him to his grooming appointment that we were already 2 hours late for. Once I got into the car I noticed my drivers seat would not move at all and was pushed all the way back. I tried messing around with the wires and nothing worked. I decided to drive to the groomer anyways even though my seat was so far back. I dropped my dog off and went straight across the street to Advanced Auto and the young guy who I was telling all my problems to could not have been nicer!! He looked in my car manual and figured out the fuse somehow must've blown when they changed the battery. He fixed it and saved the day! My entire day turned around after that! Such great service!!!”
