My 12 year old daughter, who is usually a pretty tough little chick, was absolutely petrified to tears of a procedure she had to have. Tonya was so wonderfully down to earth and personable; she joked with her, sang Disney songs through the procedure while holding her hand (even though my daughter nearly broke her hand she squeezed so tight), and really went out of her way to help make her feel comfortable before, during, and after the procedure.
