“I cannot say enough good things about this salon. Hair and makeup came out beautifully and the stylists/artists were so personable and welcoming. The entire crew was so accommodating to our group, and truly made us feel comfortable, even with 3 littles taking over the salon. Thank you for starting my cousins big day off on a high note!”

“Loved Briana’s cuts and color. Front staff was always so friendly. They always made an effort to swear me in as early as possible. The only reason I’ve stopped going to them is because I moved far away!”

“Got a pedicure here. I had to wait a little while but the pedicure with Anna was great. They sat someone next to me even though there were three other empty seats. Not a big deal but just found it a bit weird. I'll come back for my next one.”

“The services are good and the staff are well trained obviously and know how to deal and manage to cut a toddler’s hair even if he’s throwing a tantrum. However, the place itself is over stimulating for little ones, with all the screens and toys and bright lights and colors. I had my son has a haircut here twice, his hair turned out perfect but the experience was a disaster, he cried every time we stepped inside. No one’s fault, but this is not the right place for me unfortunately.”

“Came in based on reviews and convenience but I've been happily coming back for a year. Jim is very personable and makes me feel welcome, not to mention cutting my hair well. He goes the extra step for a professional and luxurious experience.”

“By far one of the best, if not the best, mani/pedis I've had. The folks are friendly and the service is great. John, the spa owner, has serviced me twice and has done a fantastic job both times. My nails were cut, filed, shaped and buffed perfectly and he was gentle with my cuticles. The massages are the best part! Very happy with the service here! My nails look great. :)”

“This was my first visit to an 18/8. I was told that there are two locations in Massachusetts and over a hundred nationwide. I got a basic haircut and my beard lightly trimmed. This salon markets themselves as somewhere in between a salon and a traditional barbershop. The young man that cut my hair said 18/8 typically likes to use scissors vs clippers, that they are selective in choosing barbers, and that you can always be assured that you'll get a good cut. Making an appointment for the same day felt a little strange, in that I was told they don't take any new clients on at the last moment. That being said, they did squeeze me (they accidentally thought I was a regular client) and I got a good, layered scissor cut. The salon is clean and the service good, although overall I felt the experience was somewhat impersonal. I was hoping for something unique, but among the decor, the experience, the music and the interactions nothing really stood out as exceptional, or that really defined the 18/8 brand difference. My total bill was $41 plus a $10 tip. So if you're looking for Supercuts, this isn't the place. Overall I give it a B+ for my haircut and a B- minus for the experience.”

“I was a walk in today and was able to be taken care of by Bianca Zarba. Her attitude and professionalism were far above what I had seen and most other salons and barber shops. Well done Bianca! Thank you for a great cut fast service and great conversation.”

“Wonderful service professional attentive knowledgeable licensed RN perform treatments. I had the BBL treatment for my rosacea. The cost was less than the Dermatologist and my result was great. Redness diminished pain going from a hot environment to the cold outside and no discomfort. . I highly recommend.”
