“Always a positive experience!! I’ve been Dr. Smith’s pt for almost 2 decades. Dr. Smith transformed my smile which, it has had a tremendous positive impact in my life. Dr. Smith provides high quality care and latest technology. I also highly recommend Dr. Smith for Botox injections. After my first session, Dr. Smith erased 10 years of my face. :) Dr. Smith is an excellent professional, he takes the time to analyze and provide what is best for his pts. I highly recommend Dr. Smith!!!”

“Always a great experience! Relaxing, never feels rushed. Best deal is to buy gift cards in advance. Its a treat for myself, and definitely a great stop along the way when commuting home or after a good workout.”

“The services are good and the staff are well trained obviously and know how to deal and manage to cut a toddler’s hair even if he’s throwing a tantrum. However, the place itself is over stimulating for little ones, with all the screens and toys and bright lights and colors. I had my son has a haircut here twice, his hair turned out perfect but the experience was a disaster, he cried every time we stepped inside. No one’s fault, but this is not the right place for me unfortunately.”

“Getting my prenatal massages here from Paula, she is amazing! She is very gentle and knows how to relieve my back pain. I always look forward to my next appointment with her. The place itself is very welcoming and the environment is very clean and relaxing. Totally recommend it if you wanna treat yourself.”

“This was my first visit to an 18/8. I was told that there are two locations in Massachusetts and over a hundred nationwide. I got a basic haircut and my beard lightly trimmed. This salon markets themselves as somewhere in between a salon and a traditional barbershop. The young man that cut my hair said 18/8 typically likes to use scissors vs clippers, that they are selective in choosing barbers, and that you can always be assured that you'll get a good cut. Making an appointment for the same day felt a little strange, in that I was told they don't take any new clients on at the last moment. That being said, they did squeeze me (they accidentally thought I was a regular client) and I got a good, layered scissor cut. The salon is clean and the service good, although overall I felt the experience was somewhat impersonal. I was hoping for something unique, but among the decor, the experience, the music and the interactions nothing really stood out as exceptional, or that really defined the 18/8 brand difference. My total bill was $41 plus a $10 tip. So if you're looking for Supercuts, this isn't the place. Overall I give it a B+ for my haircut and a B- minus for the experience.”

“Wonderful service professional attentive knowledgeable licensed RN perform treatments. I had the BBL treatment for my rosacea. The cost was less than the Dermatologist and my result was great. Redness diminished pain going from a hot environment to the cold outside and no discomfort. . I highly recommend.”
