“This was my first visit to an 18/8. I was told that there are two locations in Massachusetts and over a hundred nationwide. I got a basic haircut and my beard lightly trimmed. This salon markets themselves as somewhere in between a salon and a traditional barbershop. The young man that cut my hair said 18/8 typically likes to use scissors vs clippers, that they are selective in choosing barbers, and that you can always be assured that you'll get a good cut. Making an appointment for the same day felt a little strange, in that I was told they don't take any new clients on at the last moment. That being said, they did squeeze me (they accidentally thought I was a regular client) and I got a good, layered scissor cut. The salon is clean and the service good, although overall I felt the experience was somewhat impersonal. I was hoping for something unique, but among the decor, the experience, the music and the interactions nothing really stood out as exceptional, or that really defined the 18/8 brand difference. My total bill was $41 plus a $10 tip. So if you're looking for Supercuts, this isn't the place. Overall I give it a B+ for my haircut and a B- minus for the experience.”

“I love Xtend Barre Burlington. My coworker dragged me here one Saturday and now I'm addicted. I love the staff and everyone that comes to the classes. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and encouraging. It's a great environment. It's so hard at first but you have to keep going back. It's amazing how strong you get in just a few classes. I feel better than I have in a long time and look forward to every class I attend! I even sucked in another coworker!”

She takes the time to thoroughly discuss your situation, as well as her recomendations for treatment. Her treatment plan for me (two crowns) as been very effective. “First time at this location Friday night and it was fantastic! We did the dine and bowl option. Our server was so nice! Food was amazing! We had the pretzel appetizer and it might have been the best pretzel I had in a while. It was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside also it was huge. I had the sunny burger with waffle sweet potato fries. The burger was delicious and tasted like it was handmade. The caramelized onions with bacon made the burger just melt as you ate it. My husband had the angry burger which he inhaled so I assume it too was delicious. The 10 pin bowling was so much fun! I took a star off for the bowling experience cause they limit the bowling to 2 games and I felt like it wasn’t enough. Then they said the waitlist was 2 hours long when the place wasn’t even packed so I found that strange. Also the waitress wasn’t good, she never came over to us so we had to flag her down just to get a drink. The atmosphere is pretty awesome, I loved the DJ she played great jams from back in the day. Overall good place, I’d definitely go back just earlier so we aren’t limited for bowling.”

“With all the new restaurants opening in the last year years in this area, this one slipped by me. I've been a few times now and found they have a great selection of apps, wine and beer on tap. What really topped it off was the service which you know can be the luck of the draw but the woman behind the bar who served my table in the lounge was fantastic. I wish restaurants would let you make reservations with a server. I would go back more often!”

Kyle at BodySource was recommended to me. And I am finally pain free! My first visit with Kyle was an extensive intake of my symptoms and frustrations. On this first visit, Kyle was able to release some knots and free up my neck! The best part is that after freeing up muscles and knots, Kyle then had me do exercises right there and provided me with a written and easy to understand and follow exercise program to do at home to keep the muscles moving. Kyle not only addresses the problem and reviews exercises but he explains everything so that I was completely able to understand the ‘what’ and ‘why’ to help me recover. Kyle is different from most PT in that his knowledge is extensive and his goal is to make you heal and stay healthy. He is available and ready to listen and help. “We were a bit stranded and the staff managed to pull a room together for us for an extra night. They sent up extra pillows and blankets for the kids to make a sleepover situation on the floor. Everyone was so nice. The rooms were clean and modern, the breakfast was incredible and the coffee was GOOD. Not good for a hotel good, but actual good Intelligentsia coffee. I will definitely stay here again.”
