He was prompt, knowledgeable, and above all, he was SUPER nice in his interpersonal skills in how he handled our order. You have a very nice store, conveniently located, and we will be sure to return. Oh, also, thank you for having Verona Café as your Dark Roast today. This is the best coffee that Starbuck's sells, in my opinion; my favorite.”
