“I used to live 5 minutes from here. Now I live 2 hours away in Western MA. You can NOT get good Chinese food in Western MA (It's under flavored, bland.) except for one dine-in place in Hadley. So every time I visit my parents in billerica, I drive up to Wah Sang and order food, plus an extra order (or two) of their wings to bring home. Yes, Wah Sang is good enough that it warrants buying extra and driving 2 hours home.”

“They are great. My only criticisms are that the weekend staff is better than the weekday staff for details. Like my frozen coffee with caramel always has the caramel drizzle on the whipped cream on the weekend and it makes it THAT much better but the weekday employees are hit and miss if they do it.”

“This place has been around for years and I am upset I didn’t find it sooner. Finding the place can be tough as it’s in the middle of an industrial park. I walked in and was instantly overwhelmed with the soup options. Cindy saw my reaction was extremely helpful. She first asks do you want a creamy or broth based soup. Then goes onto discussing veggies / meat / seafood options. After our discussion, I bought the clam chowder, she crab soup, and the Hungarian mushroom soup. There are also soups that are frozen and are a bit cheaper than the fresh soups. So far, I’ve only had the chance to try the clam chowder. It was creamy and chock full of clams!! I am very excited to try the other soups in this cold weather. I am looking forward to coming back! Please note, this place sells refrigerated or frozen soups and you are not able to eat the soup on the premise. They also sell a bunch of frozen dinners (seafood, baked clams, etc.)”

“It was such a great experience partially because the guy who waited on me noticed that my Donuts we're slightly stale so he said would you like to replace them with another two Donuts. So I assumed he was going to throw the stale ones in the trash but he included them with my order so I said what the heck and I enjoyed all four of my Donuts. That's what I call Fantastic customer service!”

“This place is amazing and the food is to die for, not actually but figuratively. I have visited this location multiple times and every thing I visit is the food just seems to get better and better. The drinks are just average there but still very good. The environment there is amazing and everyone who works there is so genuinely nice and wants to help you. All in all though I think this place deserves more than five stars.”
