“A W E S O M E STAFF... I am a long time Pure Hockey/ Total Hockey customer, but the boys in this store did not know that (until they saw my account history). Anyways, we are in town for a tournament, and these guys bent over backwards to help my goalie repair a couple of items. Total pain in the butt maintenance stuff (replace holders on skates, string up some new elastic toe ties), but they did it all for us. Super well-run location of Pure Hockey. Thanks again boys, great job !!!!”

“I was spoilt wish options when I visited JCPenney. I think they do a pretty good job at keeping the store organized as well considering the huge size of the store. I have been to stores where I found something I liked but not available in my size. But at JCPenney, you get a large variety and sizes of products. I was always looking forward to going back there before I left.”

“I went to this store for the first time because I recently moved to the area. The customer service is superb!!!! Chloe was VERY nice and helpful and most importantly very patient and understanding of my preferences and skin needs. The manager that was there was very nice as well. “I wrote a reveiw about a week or so ago about this particular Marshalls. How disorganized it was with mis-labeled sizes on clothing and just how nothing was in it's place making it difficult to shop and not to mention the added time spent looking for stuff. Well I went back today.... WHAT A DIFFERENCE. If the store keeps up with what they have done I won't have to go all the way to Framingham. Great job and fantastic difference!!”

I purchased some outdoor furniture and wasn't sure if it would fit in my car. An employee named Colin spent over 15 minutes figuring out how to get everything into my car (while also being very careful not to scratch it), so I wouldn't have to make two trips. I was amazed and very thankful for his help. This truly was 5-star service!”
