“Your company recently renovated my entire kitchen, installed drop down attic stairs, and replaced a patio door. I am a professional civil engineer, and I have high expectations of construction crews and contractors. A main concern of mine was construction duration. Rodrigo worked with me to complete the work in an agreed upon time frame, and the expectation was met. Prior to construction, we went over a second time all my expectations to be sure we were all on the same page which further gave me the confidence that the job would be performed per plans, specifications and estimate. Rodrigo handled the day to day construction activities at the house, and I cannot say more concerning the professionalism of his crews including the carpenters, plumbers, and electricians. A concern of mine was the cleanliness of the property post renovation. Rodrigo had a professional cleaning crew on standby which in my opinion was above and beyond the typical service one provides. He also worked with me to address any minor checklist items in a timely manner. Rodrigo understood my concerns from the start, worked with me to remedy any problems during construction, and did not nickel and dime me. The price that we agreed on at the start was the price I paid at the end. Lastly, work was performed on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Rodrigo on future contracting needs.”
