“Since joining Dr. Parks, I am a lot more comfortable with anything pertaining to my health. From the first time walking into the office, I knew that I had a whole team dedicated to my health and well-being. Office visits are a pleasure, and you know they are prepared before you even arrive. Instead of a distracted doctor blowing though the door with the hurry up I’m so busy attitude, you have a pleasant receptionist Diane, asking you “how is your day”. Dr. Parks is personable, easy to talk with and comforting in her relaxed unassuming demeanor. She does not have her hand on the door knob with 5 patients in the waiting room, rather, you are the complete focus of her attention and experience. You are not rushed. Kaitlyn, the nurse practitioner, is personable and understanding, and an excellent dietitian. I have lost 5 pounds just with a few subtle hints! When you leave, there will be follow up research and you will be contacted at YOUR convenience. Even on a Friday night at 7 o’clock, your call will be returned, no apology needed on your part. I feel fortunate to have such medical care available and would not hesitate to drive an hour or whatever it takes to get an appointment. Important to me because I travel, I feel I can be anywhere in the world, and have the support of the Synergy Private Health team, stepping in on my behalf should I have an immediate need. Lastly, the hospital affiliations are a great benefit, you will receive the best care in the world and Dr. Parks, your personal concierge Doctor, and the entire staff at Synergy, will be in your corner should an unforeseen (of inevitable) event occur.
