It is not information you just get out of a text book- it's information from someone with true experience with her own kids and she is a delivery nurse. We took the childbirth and newborn essentials classes. My husband and I feel confident and excited for our first born to arrive. One of the best parts about her classes is that in the end you gain a resource as Karen welcomes you to call or text her in the future with anything. “This works really, really well. I live on the North Shore right on the beach and also have a small pond in my yard which has several weeping cherries and lot of plants. Mosquitos like it there. We spend a considerable amount of time outdoors in the summer and have tried just about everything to keep these little buggers away. I heard about Mosquito Terminators this year and decided I would give this a try instead of all those other throw-away products. They came out to my place and sprayed and I have to say, it's been a mosquito-free summer so far. Especially considering the very damp June. People are nice and the product seems to work as advertised. Highly recommended!”

“Have to share details of my experience with this shop. I bought two jet skis this year. One of them was struggling, running rough. I gave them a call. The service tech was honest. It would be a while before he could take a look at it. Instead of blowing me off, he tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. I tried the things he suggested with no luck. I finally pulled the plugs to find one stripped. So, I called again. Now, being later in the season, they could squeeze me in. Took care of it in short order for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys. Given discussions with the previous owner, we believe this was stripped by another dealership (I won't name names) when winterizing it last year. Those guys wanted nothing to do with me. Not only would they not stand behind their work, but they wouldn't even squeeze me in to see if they could take care of it. The guys at North Reading Motorsports took more ownership of getting this fixed so I could enjoy the rest of the season than the shop that was likely the cause.”

“My first visit to see Dr. Chang was on the 9th of August and from the moment I walked into the office, the staff was excellent! I was greeted with smiles from everyone and a beautiful welcome to the office and given the paperwork to fill out. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions prior to seeing Dr. Chang. The medical assistants that attended to me were all extremely kind and polite and had beautiful attitudes and smiles. They were absolutely delightful. Incomes the incredible Dr. Joyce Chang and I say incredible because that's exactly what I felt. She's very lovely, warm, compassionate with a beautiful smile, great attitude and very receptive to partnering up with me in my medical care decisions. She spent time with me , listened to me and I felt very respected and very important and I knew that she was concerned about meeting all of my medical needs. Dr. Chang did not rush me at all but took the time to listen to me and that was a great feeling! She did not force a protocol on me but understood what I was looking for in a physician. She also understood that my goal was to get off of all medications and she was 100% in favor of that as well. She is a remarkable doctor and I am looking forward to partnering with her to manage my health care for many years to come! Thank you Dr. Chang! You are a breath of fresh air, you are delightful and you definitely CARE about your patients. I am extremely pleased and honored to be a new member of the family!
