“My Class C RV shredded 2 tires in Lexington, spoke to Jason the second they opened, he was friendly and easy to talk to, said his guys would be out as soon possible from North Reading! He called me back to update me on their arrival, and followed up with a phone call when the work was done. The crew arrived and got right to work, and despite a very difficult rim and tire, they got the job done perfectly. They went above and beyond to make sure my other tires were safe and gave me the confidence I needed to get back on the road. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I admit I hesitated because I thought Sullivan tire was expensive - but this was a great value for the jam I was in.
