(February 19, 2019, 7:27 am)I love Xhale. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years but Nicole is definitely the best with the right mix of pressure that gives my achy muscles relief every time. As a mom of 3 little ones, I treasure my massages and time at Xhale. My husband and I attended the couples massage workshop for Valentines Day. With the great food and drink and small group setting, it was a delicious and fun experience. I also had the pleasure of attending the restorative yoga recently which was so relaxing. Can’t say enough good things about Jen and Nicole!
(February 18, 2019, 6:22 pm)Xhale feels like a home away from home. Nicole and Jen are open and inviting and the yoga classes feel indulgent in their warmth and calming atmosphere. My spouse and I also had a great time at the couples massage workshop (with delicious food and bubbly!). Their 3 weeks for $30 introductory yoga special is a great option to check out their good vibes- I will definitely make this a regular haunt!

(February 17, 2019, 8:01 am)I consider myself a massage addict, as I have been searching for 10 years bouncing from one spa to the next looking for the perfect balance between pain relief and relaxation. At Xhale I have found that and much more. Feels like home to me to the point I hate to leave. The owner makes you feel like you’ve known her your whole life and my therapist Nicole is the most amazing therapist. Really listens and I get exactly what I ask for not your generic massage. Give them a try. Did I fail to mention I travel all the way from Maine to Mass. because this place is definitely worth it.
