“Great gym if you live in the area. Lots of machines and great community. The staff is friendly and even remembers my name when I walk in. Everything is clean and some machines are relatively new and work great. They offer a number of classes that you can take to shred off those extra pounds as well. Stairclimbers, treadmills, Jacobs ladder, and much more for cardio. The only thing I would want more of is the flat benches with the bar. I go mon-fri and can vouch a good name for this gym.”

“Dance Expressions Unlimited offers an encouraging dance environment to students of all levels. I was looking for a studio that would allow my girls to grow as dancers and avoid the pressures and unnecessary competition that sometimes can be found in dance studios. Both of the girls felt at ease immediately. The sense of camaraderie that embraced them in their classes made our transition to the studio easy.
