“Our dog has been a Crate Escape regular for nearly a decade. We credit her experience at The Crate as a big factor in her amazing socialization skills. She loves to come to daycare and flies in with joy to join her group of pals, and she flies out with a huge smile on her face to be reunited with us when it's pick-up time. The staff are lovely, helpful, great listeners, and they know each dog well. If there are special instructions, they follow them carefully. If they observe something notable during the day, they pass it on to the dogs' owners. We always feel confident leaving our darling there to play, knowing she'll have a great time and be safe. The administration is careful to stress safety and health care requirements. In addition to daycare, we use their boarding and grooming services, which are excellent. We love the Crate dearly. ♥️♥️”

“I am a property manager for a large office/warehouse/manufacturing site in Mass. For years I figured cameras and alarms were enough to protect my tenants but I found out the hard way that I wasn't protected. Our buildings were ransacked and two of our major commercial tenants left as a result. I called several security companies and Strongbox is who I chose. Their rates were reasonable and I like the fact that most of the managers, including the owner were cops or military. They understood the issues that we were having and developed a solid plan to keep our buildings and our tenants safe. They have been staffing guards at our site since. They are great, respond very quickly, are reasonably priced, and their guards are far superior to some of the "Big Box" companies.”

There were two young guys working the desk with ear pods in that had no interest in helping us, even after asking for help. We took our business elsewhere. UPDATE: I'm editing the review after the owner reached out and apologized and promised to take action to course correct. The original issue was unfortunate, but the ownership seems to be willing to take feedback and make corrections, which is all you can ask for.”

“Bill at the PRO desk is probably the most patient and helpful person I've ever worked with. I had a large order with almost 40 products from my contractor and he diligenly went through my whole list multiple times with me. For items not in stock he made multiple phone calls to his suppliers and did all the calculations based on what my contractor requires and how the items were sold (how many packages or bundles, converting inches and feet, etc). I asked him to check multiple times and each time he happily did it and did not complain, push or argue with me once. Every time I came in, he made time for me and never rushed me out. I feel Bill is a gem of a person to work with and I am so happy to have found him!”

Maintenance is preformed in a timely manner, turn around for communication is within Massachusetts standards, the owners are pleasant to work with, parking is easy to deal with, location is excellent for commuting into local hubs and overall I have no complaints. “Food menu is massive. So much to choose from! A bit overwhelming but worth it. Massive parking and a clean dine in area. Appears as if no one goes here but appears people are always in and out which is a good sign it’s good. We ordered the steak bombshell, steak and cheese and captains platter. The steak was delish and the captains platter I believe is the best I’ve ever had. Something about the batter! I would highly recommend. They also have Brazilian menu which I must try in my next visit”

“This used to be a staple liquor store when I was growing up in Groton but the last time I went there it was maybe half full of booze it looks like they were going out of business or they just been totally rated prices are a little bit high but reasonable and now there's competition just down the street with a new bigger liquor store but I like this one it's got a lot of charm and it's totally a historic Institution in the town of Groton”
