“The money management app and perks are really cool! The app takes too long to log into, and the services there fail a lot. They need to work on their IT side and investing there. Not 5 stars because I recently got off the phone and the person was rude. She hung up without asking if I needed anything else, or at least a goodbye. She sounded annoyed through the process of understanding how to apply for a personal loan. These are fundamental, customer service routines. So everyone else giving MITFCU the 1 star for rudeness, I wholly sympathize with them. I will update this review over time as I continue being a member, ESPECIALLY if I continue experiencing rude, customer-UNFRIENDLY behavior. Each encounter is 1 star off.”

“My daughter choked on a piece of sausage on March 5 during supper. We were in an ambulance of Fallon that night. I panicked and cried and shouted as I thought my daughter had brain damage... the person who sat with me was super patient, not only he tried to comfort me but also talked to my daughter even gave her a Winnie the Pooh toy. I remember he said he has daughters too but other than that I don’t remember anything else. He left as soon as we got to the Newton Wellesley hospital. I don’t even know his name. My daughter has been totally fine after that day. She loves that Easter Winnie the Pooh. Thank You Fallon Ambulance. My gratitude is beyond words.”
