“I had the pleasure of staying here after a wedding this month! It was gorgeous both the hotel room and the venue. With a rustic like at home feel, the staff welcomes you from the moment you walk in. We had a huge room with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub that opened right out onto the deck. There's a cute little pool and tons of shopping/restaurants within walking distance. The wedding was beautiful, and the barn was the perfect place! We had the whole inn for cocktail hour and had a blast! I want to go back in the fall to enjoy that fireplace in my room!”

Fish and chips just seemed to be the thing to order after seeing all the British Isles types of vibe around Cohasset. The live Irish music on Saturday afternoon was such a welcome treat. No worries about checking the sandwich or bag for ordered items. The order is completed correctly the first time and always with a smile. Unlike many delis that forget the condiments as requested. 5 South Main is on my short list for low key, delicious creative sandwiches and soups from the menu or interesting specials from the blackboard. Great desserts as well. Dinners with a beer and wine license. Sunday brunch too. Tables outside for warm weather dining. Highly recommended.”

We contacted Julia to cater a house party (with very short notice!) she was a joy to work with, the process was easy and we loved her recommendations. The food was presented beautifully, absolutely delicious, the perfect amount for our guests and everyone was raving about how good everything was (even the kids food was amazing!) “Nice little spot located in an office park and adjacent to the commuter rail. The staff are indeed polite and friendly, but as another reviewer commented, the tables are a little sticky. In general, I would describe the place as kind of an upscale pizza/sub shop, though there are no subs, only wraps and “specialty sandwiches” which come on pita. I had the lamb kebab specialty sandwich, which comes with a Greek salad on the side. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, if a bit under seasoned for my taste. The lamb was cut a bit big to be eaten as a sandwich, particularly given the foil and wax paper wrapper, which I eventually had to remove. All in all, pretty good, but also a bit pricey. I’d probably eat here again.”
