“My time at Elite has been nothing but exceptional. I started in the summer of 2017 working out with Katie and I became twice the athlete I was. But, in September of that year I had to undergo a serious arm surgery that resulted from baseball. For that, I came right back to Elite, doing PT with Eric who could not have been better. Whether I was at Elite for PT or doing my PT exercises at home, there was always a purpose and a goal for every exercise. When I was finally cleared, I came right back to where else but Elite to get my strength back that I had lost as a result of my rehab. Back working out with Katie, I can’t say enough nice things about her and the rest of the staff, they’re all the best. I’ve been working out preparing for my junior year of baseball and I didn’t think I could or would get back to the level I was before surgery, but I did and then some. I am so confident and ready personally for this season, and it couldn’t have happened without Elite.
