The Willows Retirement Community

This was our first visit to a retirement community and we didn’t know what to expect.Right from the start, we felt welcomed and at ease. First by the receptionist at the front desk who helped us register and then by Nancy, the Director of Sales, who spent a lot of time with us. She answered our questions, led us in a thorough yet casual and relaxing tour of the facility, then sat with us to review the visit, give us some paperwork and answer more questions. So helpful, thoughtful and generous with her time and expertise.
All of the spaces at The Willows are brightly lit with tasteful decor in soft, neutral colors. Everything was immaculate. Also, the choices for activities is plentiful. and varied, lots of places to sit outdoors and to walk. The Willows seems like it is a great community to live!

I felt very calm entering the Willows! I was warmly greeted at the front desk and sitting waiting for my interview I was able to see the interaction of the comings and goings, which was very nice. I felt comfortable with interview the process. It would be an honor to work for this beautiful establishment.

Looks like a wonderful place to live! Front desk staff and the nurse we spoke to were very friendly and kind. The amenities look great! The Bistro food was excellent as well. Hoping our mother will be very happy there!

I visited The Willows as a vendor and to visit a friend. Had coffee in the Bistro and had a tour after meeting with the courteous and very professional staff. Interesting activities for all levels of care. My friend lives in a cottage and has independence and access to services as needed. A real joy to be there.
