If I was looking for a Popeye's again and I was in the area, I'd even consider coming back to this one. It's hard to get to (entrances are weridly placed) and it's definitely better to drive through than to go in store to pick it up.”

“This place is one of few in the Ballston neighborhood. I lived across the street in the AVA building and it was truly a "convenient" store when I had late night cravings, or even felt the urge to treat the leasing staff at AVA. The cashiers are nice enough as a gas station attendant. One even lived in near my hometown in Florida, so we connected off of that. These poor reviews do not reflect the foot traffic / convenience of this gas station. Overall, this gas station is a good / safe one to use.”

“Small only two tables to sit. No real waiting area. The food is really good and wait time is quick. The parking situation is small and space to park is tight . The entrance to get in and out is tight and uncomfortable. An accident could easily take place coming out of the lot because of how little space from the entrance/exit there is from parking spaces behind the entrance/exit. Its a bit difficult to leave the lot because of on coming traffic and cars attempting to come into the lot simultaneously as you are attempting to leave. I have had close calls with my car almost being hit because of situations like that.”
