Ordered online, got a call to confirm the order was right, asked for delivery before noon, got a text confirmation day before, for window of 8:30-10:30, GPS to track the delivery that arrived by 8:30am. Kevin and his crew arrived, surveyed the situation, carried it up to the deck already set up, turned it on and tested it, made sure we were okay with it, and were done before 9am. I can't recommend them enough.”

“I purchased Franklin Sport Pickleball Sling Bag through Amazon on December 1, 2020. I play pickleball 3-4 times a week and found the bag great. It holds everything that I need for pickleball as well as my phone, glasses, & wallet, and it lightweight making it very comfortable to carry. Unfortunately, last week, I noticed that the smaller, front pocket had ripped along the zipper. It appeared to have been stitched too close to fabric and therefore faulty. I felt that a bag should last longer than a few months so I immediately sent an email to Customer Services as well as photos showing the rip. My email was sent in the evening after work hours. Much to my surprise, I received a response the next day! All that was requested of me was that I send them a photo of my order from Amazon. They explained it would arrive at my home in approximately one week. Again, much to my surprise, it arrived after 3 days! I highly recommend this company. The integrity of a company and its willingness to stand behind their products is very important to me. Franklin Sports is that type of company. I will continue to support them and so should you! L.
