My daughter had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy done on 11/4 and I couldn’t believe how well she has done! One time I had an appointment and I couldn’t find a baby sitter for my two children, so he said don’t worry about it bring the whole family! Which was so great and helpful!! I had an eye emergency while home visiting family and Dr. Tom and his extremely friendly staff made room in their schedule for me right away. When I called, I was able to talk to a real person, not an automated service so that was fantastic. Dr. Tom was awesome - super nice and easy going and explained everything so I knew what to expect. He even checked on me each day over the holiday weekend and made sure to see me before I headed back to TN. We are moving back to MA in a few months and I can’t wait to become a full time patient!!”

“This is this first time I have met Dr. Frederickson and although he had just come from an unexpected emergency surgery which caused him to be a bit late to all his office visits and for his appointment with me, he was very thorough and professional. He took time with me listening and writing down what I told him. I felt comfortable and I felt like he actually cared about helping me feel better. He did all necessary paper work right away and explained very clearly what I needed done and what would help immediately.
