From finding me the right vehicle, providing excellent financing and having some minor work done by the service department - the entire process was a breeze!

(June 1, 2021, 7:29 am)Went into look for a new car and had a great experience. I worked with Ariel, Wilfredo, and one of the managers who I can not recall the name of.
I never felt pressured in my experience, I got a fantastic value for my trade it, and they got me in the exact car that I wanted and worked with me to make the payments work for my budget.
I highly recommend going in and working with the people at Jannell Ford if they have any vehicles you're interested in.

They take their time and always make sure that any questions I have are answered. The service department is as good as sales. Just a good well run operation.

I would highly recommendJanell Ford and Alex to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Alex worked with me and of my budget to get me the best possible payments. He also cancelled my registration for me of my trade in and took the old plates off for my daughter to keep.
I would keep Alex around as long as you can, he is an asset to your company.
