Everyone was very friendly and wished her a happy birthday. But the hostess, a very nice young lady went WAY above and beyond to make her birthday one she will remember. I believe a couple of the young gentlemen who worked there helped her in her efforts to celebrate our daughter’s big day. I was SO IMPRESSED that they would go above and beyond their job requirements and it just meant the world to our daughter. I suggested going to Dunkin for coffee and sitting in their Big dining hall. So great we were there talking for over an hour with hearing all about each one's stories from the last year.”

Blackened chicken lettuce tacos with a side of cauliflower rice. The cauliflower rice was so good that I ate it all before biting into the tacos. The tacos were full of flavor. A tad bit of spice, nothing too hot but perfect. Cabbage at the bottom, chicken on top with a dressing. It was from the lighter fare part of the menu. Absolutely filling too. The work was very well done, his crew were hard workers putting in long hours to make sure the project got done. The attention to detail was impressive and they also made some simple suggestions (such has changing exterior lighting fixtures) that he did without adding to the cost outside of my purchasing them. Wallace was there every day, working with the crew and make sure everything went smoothly. They all clearly care about their craft and it shows.
