“I’ve been frequenting Fiorella’s for takeout since I moved to Brighton 3 1/2 years ago, so this review is long overdue ! Firstly , every single person who works there is friendly and personable. The food is always fresh, and is so delicious . Some of the best Italian takeover food I’ve ever had. I’m a salad girl and theirs are to die for. The cheese is high quality - stringy right out of the oven, but still chewy as the the pie cools. The saucy is a healthy portion that you can tell was made with real tomato and has a depth of flavor. The crust itself is soft, not usually my thing, but it definitely holds a good fold. Circle Pizza is definitely recommended for locals looking for some pies ahead of the big game.”
