I was really nervous because it was two weeks before Christmas and the store was PACKED. However, one I found my stylist, she took such good care of me and really listed to my ideas. I believe her name was Kayla and she had one orange eyebrow which I thought was just fantastic! Her skills were phenomenal and she used products which made my face look flawless and was gentle but confident with her application. I got so many compliments at the fancy Holiday party I attended following and the make-up looked amazing all night long. If it wouldn't be such a drive I would hands down want her as my make-up artist for my Wedding this spring!!”

“Thanks to the maintenance team. This team is fast-responsive, and highly effective. They are also very kind, understanding, and supportive. So far, I have had several requests from them such as: to adjust my heater or cooler, to repair my dishwasher…, all were done in the same day that I asked for help. This high standard of work-ethic and effectiveness is very unique and a big plus to AVA Backbay. My recent maintenance support, that made me write this review is as below (to feedback and also to show that I am thankful to them as well): I lost my apartment key; I searched everywhere I could think of. I asked them 8am to replace the door lock and also give me new keys. They replaced the lock in the same day and gave me the new keys. Then I found my original key, I asked them the day after, 8am again, to replace my old lock back again. They could have refused my second request of replacing my old lock back again, but they are just fabulous in support and did it right at the spot. Thank to them. I am lucky to live in AVA.”
