They called me right back and determined that they didn't need to gas the house, which would require me not entering my apartment for a few days. Instead, the owner walked me through what to do to get rid of the bugs and what precautions to take. He was honestly a stand up man. “Great service. We called and set up an emergency service to resolve an issue with our forced hot water radiatior system. Our tech, Shawn, arrived within 20 minutes and solved the problem promptly and without issue. Service was steep for a 10 minute fix, but that's the cost of calling for emergency service rather than scheduling an appointment. Will utilize Crombie again in the future.”
