“An absolute gem in Greater Boston. I stopped by Katie’s kitchen needing a next day rush order gluten free cake for my Mom’s birthday. This cake was unbelievably good — one of the best cakes We’ve had (including non gluten free cakes.) everybody went back for seconds and thirds. we also bought an eggplant lasagna and chicken Marsala which were also incredible. Katie is beyond nice and personable and really went out of her way to make my moms birthday special.”

However, it took quite some time until we could make our order and also the time between courses. It was full but would expect to be served faster in such a restaurant. Management should take time to train their people properly for customer service. Still one of the better restaurants in the area.”

“We live on Cape Cod, about 1 to 2 hours to Logan Airport. My wife was flying to Atlanta early. Snowstorm predicted for overnight and morning. Decided to go to Boston to stay overnight, making it easier to get to airport on time. Found The Winthrop Arms Hotel, 10 minutes from Logan. Best decision I've made in a while. Quaint 10 room hotel on the water in Winthrop. Rooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Also happens to have a great little restaurant and bar on the main floor. My wife likes to go to Atlanta to visit her daughter and grandson which usually means an early flight. I'll never get up at 4 am to make a 8 am flight again. You'll find me at the Winthrop Arms Restaurant and Hotel!”
