“Dr. Koussaimi is not only a seasoned and skilled provider but he’s an amazing human being!! My husband and I switched from Brigham Women to Dr. Koussaimi couple of months ago after I heard great things about him from a friend who’s a patient of this office. I was out of county on the other side of the globe, Far East, and had a medical emergency. He personally spoke to my husband and I about my concerns and advised me for what was best for me. After I got back, he again took the time to answer all my questions 3 times in his busy schedule within a week. I never felt he’s rushing or he’s overwhelmed. I am very particular and ask many questions. His calm, collected and patient character is reassuring. I have never received this level of care and attention from any provider for the past 20 years. I am not going anywhere! His team of nurses and front desk were also pleasant, understanding and welcoming. If you’re looking for a primary care, search no more. I am very grateful and happy!! “Prior to meeting Dr. James, I had to deal with vascular issues following deep vein thrombosis particularly with my left leg. It was extremely painful and would swell up and become discolored. I saw 2 highly recommended vascular surgeons in Boston. Both told me that there was nothing they could do and that I would need to wear compression socks for the rest of my life. My PCP referred me to Dr. James. I’m SO GLAD she did!!!! He performed a procedure on my leg which repaired the issue to the point where I have only minimal discomfort occasionally. My leg looks and feels so much better!!! Best of all, I no longer have to wear compression socks! Dr. James was patient with me and took the time to explain the procedure and answer my many questions. I can’t recommend Dr.James enough!!”
